The Services may allow you to post seller/business or product reviews and other user-generated content.
If you choose to submit user-generated content to any public area of the Services, it will become public and accessible to anyone.
We cannot control who will have access to the information you choose to share and cannot guarantee privacy or security once disclosed.
Ridgerunner is not responsible for:
- misuse of publicly shared data
- third-party access to your content
- downstream use of your information

- Enabling order fulfillment by Vendors

Ridgerunner acts solely as a facilitative platform and does not control or guarantee outcomes of transactions, shipping, or returns.

We:
- Maintain such data in de-identified form
- Do not attempt to re-identify such data
- Require third parties receiving such data to agree not to attempt re-identification
De-Identified Data is not considered Personal Information.
Ridgerunner will not attempt to re-identify such data except as permitted by applicable law.
Platform Intelligence and Analytics
We may generate anonymized and aggregated insights derived from platform activity (“Platform Intelligence”), including insights related to product demand, pricing trends, supply and demand dynamics, and fulfillment performance.

Platform Intelligence does not include Personal Information or Proprietary Business Information.
Platform Intelligence is derived from De-Identified Data and does not identify any individual or business.
Commercial Use of De-Identified Data
We may use, commercialize, license, and share De-Identified Data and Platform Intelligence for lawful business purposes, provided such data remains de-identified.

Our Marketplace may provide links to websites or other online platforms operated by third parties. If you follow these links to sites not affiliated or controlled by us, please review their privacy and security policies, as well as other terms and conditions. We do not guarantee or are not responsible for the privacy or security of such sites, including the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the information found on them. Furthermore, information you provide on public venues, may be visible to other users of the Marketplace or those third-party platforms without any restrictions on its use by us or by a third party. Our inclusion of these links does not imply any endorsement of the content on these platforms or their owners or operators.
Data Security and Retention
We implement commercially reasonable safeguards to protect your data. Payment information is handled by third-party processors using encryption. Be aware that no security measures are impenetrable, and we cannot guarantee “perfect security.” Any information you send to us may not be secure during transit, so we strongly advise against using unsecured channels to communicate sensitive or confidential information with us. The duration of our retention of your personal information varies depending on various factors, such as our need to maintain your account, provide the Services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, or enforce applicable contracts and policies. Users are responsible for safeguarding their account credentials. Users may request account deletion, subject to applicable laws and regulations governing such information.
HOWEVER:
- No system is completely secure
- Data transmission risks exist
- Ridgerunner does not guarantee absolute protection
Data is retained as necessary for:
- Service delivery
- Legal compliance
- Dispute resolution
- De-Identified Data may be retained indefinitely
Users are responsible for safeguarding account credentials.
